SPEND XP
--------------------------[ Champions MUSH: +HELP ]--------------------------
The SPEND XP command is available only in the Character Finishing
Room. To use it, your character must have 1 or more unspent Experience
points, and must be set 'Unapproved'.  Normally, you decide what you
want to buy with your XP. Then, you submit a powerup request.  If it is
approved, an admin will, on request, temporarily set you
'unapproved'. Then you alter your Powers (using POWER EDIT and similar
commands), Characteristics, etc. Once that's done, you enter the
Finishing room and type SPEND XP <amount>. This will move your XP from
the 'unspent' portion of your character sheet to the 'spent' portion.
On the sheet all this does is add it to the amount visible in +DISADS.
The Total Points listed in +DISADS should agree with the total points
listed in +CHA or +POWERS. If not, you've done something wrong.
