Allure is a rather obscure member of the teen hero group New Blood: despite her stunning appearance she tends to work subtly, sometimes just mixed in with a crowd of bystanders. If she does make a more public appearance, she usually seems aloof. Only New Blood know that she's the high school cheerleader Stephie Dallimore - and even they generally don't know that Allure is her second heroic identity.

Description
As Allure: Allure is a striking and shapely blonde girl who stands 5'6" tall. She wears a short bright red dress, slit up the leg, with matching gloves and shoes, and a metallic blue cape, but also triangular mirrored sunglasses which give her a cool and aloof air - despite which it seems she cannot help but be enticing.

Powers
Allure's powers are of course based on the same super-beauty as Lorelei's. Howver, as Allure Stephie has so far restricted herself to a different subset of her abilities in order to avoid being identified with Lorelei. In particular, Lorelei's powers tend to be very obvious, while Allure's are hardly to be noticed at first, subtly distracting or persuading people - though the cumulative effects can be devastating.
Personality
See Lorelei. Stephie plays the part of Allure as a rather cool, detached beauty, or else blends as much as she can into the crowd: her costume is designed too look like a simple dress once the cape is removed.
Relations
See Lorelei. As Allure, Stephie has no real ties with anyone outside New Blood.
History
Stephie adopted her Allure identity in early 2056 when her New Blood friends found out she had superpowers; this allowed her to join the group while concealing that she was Lorelei, by then publicly "known" to be older than Stephie. The identity has has no real existence beyond various adventures with New Blood. See also Lorelei.
