The composer Bizet of Earth-1058 didn't die of angina at the age of 36 like his Earth-1 counterpart, but rather lived to the age of 73 and became one of the most celebrated composers of his generation. During the Rift Crisis the full score and libretto of his late opera Euridice existed on Earth-1 long enough to be photocopied, and in 2008 the Colonial Bay Opera Company under Maria Pangarcia staged its Earth-1 premiere.

Conflicting factions of the Allied Champions of Earth interrupted the premiere, but the production continued to critical acclaim after repairs to the theatre.
