Located on the far northern outskirts of Colonial Bay this district consists of a collection of low-grade industrial complexes and corporate headquarters. Despite its name, local zoning ordnances prohibit large-scale manufacturing and heavy industry in this area, with the result that the streets are safe, clean and quiet. Or, depending on your point of view, sterile, desolate, and impersonal.
