Colonial Bay Memorial Cemetery

Incongruously, this extensive and carefully manicured site occupies a corner of the busiest intersection in the Old Town district. Even more astonishing than this however is that it remains in use to the present day despite the oldest headstones dating back more than 250 years. Due to spatial constraints however there are restrictions on who can be buried at this site rather than newer plots located on outskirts of the city.
