By far the tallest building of the downtown district this massive confection of plas-steel and plexi-glass houses the offices of innumerable companies, firms, and corporations whose interests require an active presence in Colonial Bay as well as no small number of service providers who tend to the daily needs of the army of workers employed in the building. Blending functionality with cosmopolitan flair, the building is both a prominent landmark and popular tourist destination, with many paying the small fee to ride to the observation decks fifty storeys above.
