DEPTH is a villain organization devoted to proving the superiority of the aquatic realm.

Little is known about them, and they have not been very active in recent years. They are believed to use illegal gene-splicing to modify members to live underwater, and to have started an underwater colony of mutants off the coast of Colonial Bay decades ago, and to be responsible for a number of aquatic creatures and "sea monsters" that have attacked the city.
