Earth-1103

Earth-1103 is one of the many worlds to have intersected Colonial Bay in the dimensional rift events of 2057. The rift was unusual in that it occurred simultaneous with and adjacent to the rift to Earth-1102.

This world's equivalent of Colonial Bay is Baie Coloniale, in les États-Unis de la Nouvelle France. The state appears to be la Virginie de l'Est; at least the police are the Gendarmerie de la Virginie de l'Est, and some of them at least wear power armor with meta-level weaponry. They appear to be hostile to metahumans, though it's possible some misunderstanding was involved.

Given the duration and size of the rift, surprising little was learned about the world. This was largely because the inhabitants are French-speaking, and English appears to be a very obscure language in on Earth-1103.
