Description
Elsewere is an attractive woman who typically wears a flamboyant, colorful costume which is seldom quite the same from one time she's seen to the next, and fight in an equally flamboyant style, with big flashy moves and often exotic weaponry.

Elsewhere takes her name from her annoying habit of not being where she was at the moment you try to lay your hands on her: presumably a blink teleport. She can also pull various weapons and other objects out of thin air, many of them exotic or even unique. She fights with a flamboyant and equally obscure martial arts style, with or without weapons.
Personality
Elswhere's kind heart, flamboyance and undisputed bravery have made her popular, despite the fact that very little is known about her personally. She has a quirky sense of humor which she displays in combat.
Relations
As might be expected of a true superhero, Elsewhere is generally on good terms with other heroes and on poor terms with villains, but no particular relations are public knowledge.
History
Elsewhere was perhaps at the height of her career in 2052. More recently she has been less active, disappearing for extended periods, but she remains a popular national hero.
