Radium appears in Colonial Bay and begins to wreak havoc in the Colonial Bay underworld.

Summary
Radium escapes from prison in China and comes to Colonial Bay to make her fortune. Unfortunately for the local triads gangsters, Radium's goal seems to be steal from their holdings. The radioactive maverick's level of violence draws the attention of the local heroes, and one-time enemies strike an uneasy truce.

Aftermath
The heroes accepted information from the triad gangster Smiling Johnny, and they used the information to set a trap for Radium. She took the bait, but escaped underground. The heroes managed to head her off before she reached Colonial Bay, and in the rematched, they defeated her. In the end, Radium was turned over to UEMS custody.
