A community-watch organization based in Harrisburg.

The Harrisburg Watch was initially formed by Nicky Winters, the infamous vampiress, as part of a plot. When she agreed to go into criminal custody, they remained in existence as a neighborhood crimwatch, with some support by Dancing Coyote and the Eel. The core membership are mostly reformed gang members who were converted by Winters' mind-control and decided to stay on the side of the angels when the mind-control wore off.

Despite their origins, the Harrisburg Watch is generally liked and trusted by the community; they often provide community service and such.

Unlike your typical civilian crime-watch organization, they have only the most tenuous of connections with law enforcement... basically, the police are aware of their existence and their members have special IDs they can use to avoid being mistaken for gang members, but beyond that there's little active cooperation. The police are unofficially aware that Watchmen frequently go around armed and take crime-prevention into their own hands; thus far no official notice has been taken of this fact. Mary Canelloa is their official liason to the police, when one is needed.

The Harrisburg Clinic is their unofficial base of operations. Dr. MacFurgeson provides few-questions-asked medical care and Mary Canelloa provides nursing services and counseling. (She also has significant wealth and computer skills, though she doesn't show it off.)
