Description
Kiloton is a costumed thug with a penchant for property damage. He's dressed in a red body suit, cut to leave his arms bare. He wears an atom insignia on his chest. His eyes are masked by the protective goggles that he wears, but his mask is cut to leave the mouth uncovered.
Background
Kiloton was an low-level leg breaker for the Congelosi family who went to go collect on a debt from a radiologist. In the process of 'reminding' the doctor about his obligations, Kiloton exposed himself to the doctor's experiment -- using radioactive material to stimulate cell regeneration and increased metabolism. Kiloton became a sort of a nuclear battery and he can use his enegry to power his growth.
Powers
Kiloton's primary ability is to grow to nearly nine stories tall. He's a brick type, strong and tough. His metabolism is immune to poisons, disease, aging, and he can survive in hazardous environments.
Personality
Kiloton is a violent thug: petty, vengeful, and not above putting innocents at risk to get his way.
Relations
Kiloton was once an enforcer in a Colonial Bay crime syndicate. He maintains his criminal ties. He's worked with ACE before, but his relationship with Brainchild is strained, bordering on hostile.
History
Kiloton's first appearance was a member of the Allied Champions of Earth when they attacked Starguard as part of the ACE Returns plot. He was ko'ed by Random Factor, but was rescued by his teammates who also captured Lorelei during the attack. Later, Lorelei used her powers to manipulate Kiloton into helping her escape from Brainchild. Kiloton is currently in custody awaiting trial.
