The Mafia is one of the Big Three organized crime groups (the others being the Japanese Yakuza and the Chinese Triads) and in North America is about equally powerful. It has its strongpoint in Europe.

Within Colonial Bay it controls the Docks and their made men can often be spotted at the Yacht Club.
