"We are here live for the annual Colonial Bay Veteran's Day Parade along Main Street", introduces the news cast on Thursday, November 11th, 2054. "I'm Barbara Wawa", says the smiling news woman. "And I'm Bernie Sham", says the anchorman. "Its ten o'clock and the parade is starting on time." The camera pans to the parade as the news anchors describe the floats and parade marchers. The viewers can see the Colonial Bay University Marching Band, The police hover cars and police chief, crazy cars spinning around, the Colonial Heights High School Marching band, etc etc. This goes on for a while, as Wawa and Sham discuss the importance of Veteran's day and remark on the great weather it is for a parade. There are thousands of people along the parade route cheering and waving. After a while, the viewers get to see truckloads of veteterans pass by. Behind them is an elementary school band and then a metal band tribute float. Three woman are on the float and they are screaming back at the crowd. Behind them is the Starguard float with the familiar faces of Horatio Helmes and Roger Creighton.
"What is this float?", asks Wawa. "It looks like a tribute float to the old metal bands of the past.. I wonder what it is doing here? Seems out of place, Barabara." remarks Bernie Sham. "Oh look and there is the Starguard float."
All of a sudden the women on the Metal tribute float attack the guards on the Starguard float! They go over and grab a hold of Roger Creighton! The crowd applause and Wawa remarks what a fun idea it is for Starguard to stage a fake battle for the parade. Rakshasa then appears flying overhead and Steel, a member of Starguard appears! Words are exchanged and the women attack Raskshasa. To the delight of the crowd, the attacks go right through the heroine demoness! A young girl runs over and tosses a fallen guard's weapon over to Steel.
Then the heroine Jolt flies and and electrifies the entire area! The camera stops working for a bit. When the scene is shown again, crowd of people are fleeing and screaming! Wawa and Sham report that this might not be a fake show and that the three women are really villains attacking the Starguard float! The camera shows Steel blasting one of the women with a laser gun and then an exchange of attacks between Rakshasa and another electic powered villain. Jolt blasts through the float and causes it to crash. One of the villains shoots Jolt a couple of times wounding her badly. Wawa and Sham report all of this. They say that the police are trying to get to the battle but the large crowd of people are hindering them. The battle rages on and the heroes gain the upper hand. There are two young girls on the scene now helping the heroes out.
"Why doesn't Steel use her arrows?", asks Wawa. "It doesn't look like she came prepared!", answers Bernie. The villains lok like they are trying to escape through a manhole in the street, but Rakshasa and Steel block their path. To distract them, the villains attack the top of a building next to the crowds of people trying to flee! The top of the building crumbles, the debris falling to the crowd below. Fortunately, Rakshasa flies over and catches the deadly debris with some sort of an energy wall. The villains attack Jolt and Steel while Rakshasa is distracted. However the heroes persevere and Jolt summons a large thunderstorm over the battle area. A bolt of lighting strikes down one of the villains. Then another electric blast sends another down!
On camera, the two girls deviously tie a flagged cord around the remaining villain's feet. She falls over and Steel forces the the remaining villain to surrender. The three women are caught. Bernie Sham and Barbara Wawa report the victory with great excitement. The police and fire department arrive to relieve Rakshasa before she runs out of energy to keep the debris from falling. The villains are taken into custody.
Later on, Barbara Wawa reports that the kidnapping of Roger Creighton was unsucessful and this is what he had to say. "If Random Factor was diligent like Steel, then this wouldn't have happened. We will make sure that members of Starguard won't fail in their duty in the future."
The two girls, Sally and Joanna are given medals for their courage and help. They are honored by a host of veterans who congratulate them for helping to save the day. In the end, there were no casualties, but lots of injuries and damage to the city.
