The notoriously strong villain known as Anchor was defeated in battle by Colonial Bay heroes Flare, Jolt, Random Factor, and Wasp. Anchor was then arrested by the police and taken into custody. Special care was taken to neutralize the villain's great sterength.

Statements taken from the heroes indicate that Anchor was looking for metal to remake his robot bird, Polly. Two police vehicles were damaged in the skirmish.
