Vicki Martin of CAPES ends her latest show with this news:
"... And we all hope you have a happy St. Patrick's day! Remember, don't drink and drive! Whew, I can't believe it is already the middle of March. And you all know what time of year it is right? No.. I'm not talking about March Madness, I'm talking about the Best of the Best Tournament. That's right! It's time once again for the Best of the Best Tournament. The tournament will be entering it's fourth year. Past winners include Princess Jundarra, Syphon, and Beta Zu! Who will win this year's tournament?"
The camera goes away from Vicki Martin and goes to show a collage of action from previous tournaments.
Vicki's voice continues though, "This year we have our contest at the Colliseum off of Route 9! Think you got what it takes to be the best of the best? Then register at the Hall of Heroes!"
The Capes Show then shows the information for everyone to register.
