The villain Black Mamba was reportedly sighted in the city last Friday at the scene of an attempted robbery at the Science Museum. The robbery was prevented by Blitzkrieg, Figment, Jolt, and Rakshasa, although it is reported that Black Mamba walked away without being arrested. Five robbers armed with advanced energy weapons and wearing body armor were detained by the heroes and then arrested by CBPD officers. Fortunately no vistors to the museum were injured and the robbers surrendered when it became clear the heroes would defeat them. The robbers seemed to be after one of the early data storage devices on display in the lobby. A museum spokesperson expressed surprise at the robber's choice and stated that the objects on display were of historical interest but not valuable.

The sighting of Black Mamba is strange as our enquiries reveal he is confirmed to still be in prison after the killings at the EVR company earlier this year.
