Breakout during the power outage

Friday the 13th prooved unlucky for the Villain known as Brainstorm. The villain whose real name is Brad Rinzinski was captured in a brick shed in an alleyway off North Harrisburg Lane. Police say that he was the cause of the power outage in the city of Colonial Bay. Random Factor, When, and Zephyr are credited with the capture of the criminal. Random Factor also said there was one other hero that helped out and that his name is "Fur"? The reporter is not sure of the name for when asked, Random Factor just muttered a word that we are not sure of the actual name of the fourth hero. Sources report that it is the very same mysterious wolf creature that helped capture Anchor some days ago. Whatever the case, it seems that Random Factor has found a new group of heroes to work with. When and Zephyr are not affiliated with the Starguard Team. In fact, most of the Starguard members seem to be on haitus for a while.

The capture of Brainstorm is a big relief for the city. The Chesapeake Nuclear Projet board members indicate that they will have power restored to the city of Colonial Bay by Monday.

While the city is pleased to have the criminal, Brainstorm, back behind bars, they are still searching for the missing director of Starguard Gamma. The director is believed to have been kidnapped by a villain group calling themselves "Five Deadly Stingers."
