Over twenty police officers and prison guards have been left paralysed after an attack on prisoners at the city jail. The infamous vampire hunter Quickshot assaulted the jail, shooting down police and guards to get to the two vampires being held in custody. Despite efforts by the experimental police prototype robot Bonker and local heroes Fist, Lorelei, and Eleven, the vampire hunter killed both the imprisoned vampires before the heroes could intervene. An epic battle was fought in the cell of the second vampire by the heroes against Quickstop, but although they forced him to flee they were unable to capture him.
