Barbara: "...and in local news, we go to Rebecca Brown, standing outside the Harrisburg Elementary School."
Rebecca: "Thank you, Barbara. Standing here behind me is the Harrisburg Elementary School, damaged in the recent Horde Invasion. A heroic stand was made here by local heroes, but since that time, the school has not been rebuilt. That same community of local heroes is here today to try to rectify the situation that the city has failed to deal with."
(Cut to a shot of Dr. Ellbeth Wyrd standing in front of the school)
Ellbeth: "All I did was provide some materials and invite a few people to give a hand. And they responded in a generous fashion that typifies the inhabitants of this city. ...This school, the entire district, has been without help for too long since the Horde Invasion. That's something that maybe can be considered at the next election. My intention was to get the children back in school. For that Harrisburg needs a school. Just over a year ago I was here, at this school giving a book reading. I hope to be here again soon giving another reading when the school opens. Today we've seen heroes and the people of Harrisburg coming together and showing what can be done."
(cut to Dorian 'Spirit' Perrault and Lorelei, also standing in front of the school. Lorelei steals the show at this point, not surprisingly)
Lorelei: "Well - you'd hardly know to look at it, but this is a school. A school in one of the most dynamic cities in the country. And here we are, all this time since the Horde in invasion, and it's still in disrepair and disuse - basically we've decided if no one else is going to do anything about it, we will. We're here to give a neighbourhood its school back."
Dorian: "We're just lending a helping hand where necessary. The city has been slow to respond to the need for the school to be rebuilt, so we're doing what he can."
(Cut to two youths who appear to be members of the Watch)
Youth #1: "Uh... Well.. It's good. The city ain't done nothing. Not since the invasion. But.. you know there was a big fight here. And Starguard and the heroes got the kids out 'fore the Takers got to them. Now they come and fixing up the school. Gotta thank them, you know."
(Cut back to Rebecca)
Rebecca: "The local heroes again doing what needs to be done. It's heartwarming to see."
Barbara: "Absolutely. I heard that Nicky Winters is back in custody as well?"
Rebecca: "That's right, Barbara. She apparently turned herself back in to Stronghold, perhaps in response to this outpouring of concern for the well-being of the people of Harrisburg. Back to you."
Barbara: "Time for the local weather..."
