(voiceover, camera showing a burned out storefront) "Days after the police raid on nearby Dragon Palace, Ming Street was once again the site of metahuman battle as unknown terrorists attacked the lunchtime crowd, using knockout gas to sedate them and a powerful energy weapon to destroy the Golden Dragon tea room.
"Witness reports of the incident were confused. Local heroine Lorelei" (cut to stock footage of Lorelei being lovely) "and a masked meta believed to be the ex-convict known as Eel" (cut to stock footage of Eel in action) "reportedly chased off the attackers. Also present on the scene was local tailor and mayoral candidate Briana Karala, seen here helping the victims," (shaky, poor-quality images of Briana, as if taken by some bystander's PDA) "and a new face on the Colonial Bay scene (cut to similarly shaky images of Dancing Coyote)."
