The following charts are available:

  ACTIVATION     Limitation levels for activation roll.
  CHARGES        Limitation/Advantage levels for charges.
  DI             Modifiers for Density Increase levels.
  EXTRA TIME     Limitation levels for extra time.
  FTL            AP costs for FTL velocities.
  GROWTH         Modifiers for Growth levels.
  INCREASED END  Limitation levels for increased endurance.
  MIND CONTROL   Mind control levels of effect.
  MINDSCAN       Modifiers for area scanned.
  MINDSCAN 2     Mind scan levels of effect.
  PERCENT        Percentage chance of rolling a number with 3d6.
  RANGEMOD       Penalties for range-from-target.
  SHRINKING      Modifiers for shrinking levels.
  SPD            Phases mapped to SPD.
  STR            What can a given STR lift?
  TELEPATHY      Telepathy levels of effect.
  TIME           Champions time chart
  VELOCITY       Real-world velocities mapped to Champions speeds.

Telepathy amount     Effect
  EGO                Can read/send surface thoughts.
  EGO + 10           Can read deep, hidden thoughts.
  EGO + 20           Can read the target's memory.
  EGO + 30           Can read the target's unconscious, including memories
                       and thoughts even the target is not aware of

Each +5 over needed effect gives -1 to victim's breakout roll.

  EGO             Will perform actions inclined to do anyway
  EGO + 10        Will do things normally wouldn't mind doing
  EGO + 20        Will do things normally would be against doing
  EGO + 30        Will do things violently opposed to doing

Each +5 over needed effect gives -1 to breakout roll.
Forget the actions performed requires +10 over effect.
Believe the actions were their own idea requires +20 over effect.

  EGO            Can establish Mind Link or first level of Telepathy.
                 Knows the direction of target.
  EGO + 10       Can use all Mental Powers on target.
                 Estimate direction and distance.
  EGO + 20       Attacker knows exactly where the target is.
                 At this level Mind Scan acts as a Targeting Sense.
                 Lock can be used for non-mental powers as well.

Each +5 over needed effect gives -1 to breakout roll.

TIME is the time to turn on the power. Normally powers take no time to
turn on. "Continuous" powers can be used every phase after they are
turned on.
