The Scarlet Spectre is a Canadian superhero who appears as a red translucent and incorporeal figure. He makes good use of his ghostly appearance and mysterious ways to terrify wrongdoers. According to Lady Luck he didn't become a hero until after his death, and is a genuine ghost.
