Smoke

Minor metahuman criminal.

His first appearance was an attempt to rob Colonial Bank along with his partner Mirror, foiled by Nexus and Lightray; he has no prior record.

At least during that appearance, he wore no costume or anything like that... he appeared perfectly normal when not actively using his powers.

His known powers include:

Smokeform - Turns his body into an intangible humanoid dark cloud. Apparently cannot pass through walls in this state.
Smoke cloud - Fills an area with darkness (Normal Sight only).
Asphyxiate - Dense smoke forces air out of the target's lungs (4d6 NND).
Smokeform defense - His body automatically goes smoky to avoid attack (+6 DCV)
