Description
Victor :A man whom seems to have gotten alot of work done recently. His hair is a dark brown and quite thick. He combs it over and hairsprayed down flat. His skin is pale as pale can be without being albino. He wears strangely tinted perfectly round glasses. His skin is tight...maybe a bit more than you think is normal..he stands about 5'5 and seems to be skiny and untoned.
Origin
It was suppose to be his master's greatest day. The day his chronotron generator was to be released to the public, however first was a private display between the gentlemen of the Society. Victor was to be the lab assistant in this grand day; he stood ready as his master threw the switch. Then everything took a turn for the worst. There was some kind of reaction, something then an explosion! Victor never found out what happened that day on 1935, but he did find out something about himself. The explosion had removed all of his chronotons, which left him in a temporal stasis. After the cleanup and the discovery of his temporal state and his new mental acuity (His temporal experiment had aged his brain thousands of years, however without chronotons, it did not atrophy), Victor went on to join the Society in his master's place. Claiming all that was left to him and using his newly found assets to aid in the recovery. He fought side by side with the hero's of old. Solving plots and saving the world time and time again, however he was always in the background, providing what was require to defeat other geniuses. After the years went by all of his old friends sooner or later began to die off. He himself trapped in his forever "young" body, he aided his friends one by one as there last days came by and gave them what they deserved a hero's burial and the last days of peace in the world they helped mold for peace and freedom. Soon however Victor was alone. He spent years trying to decided what to do with himself, his friends death still stinging him as well as the old ways dying off. His cigar smoking was becoming more and more of a problem as the time rolled on and his world changed. He thought perhaps of journeying, but his country was not known, and he wished to keep it that way. So he settled on working at home and sending off his inventions to various companies. He worked for a few companies on and off, sending in inventions from far to see what they thought. None really took until he sent on off under what he new had to be a fake name. He worked with them for years after they accepted him and his wonders. He got paid on the dot and he kept up on his work. Until one day he was asked to see the head of the company. A Mr. Covington to see him. After the meeting Victor understood what was going on. He was making weapons that were being used by the mobs and others under Covington's rule. He quickly went to the aid of the current biggest super hero squad he knew of, the all star squadron. They fought for years, Victor giving them the most aid he could. Soon after the All-Star Squadron had defeated (So they thought) Sovereign and saved the day once more. Little did they know of what was to come later. After a few years had pasted Victor decided that it was time he moved on, time he placed himself back in action. The sting of his friends deaths had finally departed him and the world seemed ever in peril in these the days of what he called the Aberrations. So, despite not being a legal citizen, he moved around a bit until he came upon CB, seeing a few older houses and reading about the past few months he decided to setup shop. Getting permits to rebuild his castle on a hill, brick by brick and flying permits for his invention that was all too common these days, his Flying Machine known to the old world as The Lightning. Here he was at the world's service once again!
Powers
Victor has very few powers on his own. Beyond being immortal and no longer need any part of being human. Air, food, drink, warmth, etc. However he does have an intelligence rival to the most powerful minds on the planet even some off the small planet third from the yellow sun. Victor's gadgets make him the hero that he is. He loves ray like weapons, lasers, shrink guns, zero point energy weapons, etc. Victor is also a master of almost all sciences. Hes a master surgeon as well as a paramedic (Once even saving a victoms life by converting the battery of the car the victom had crashed into a makeshift defibulator to restart his heart.) Victor is by far one of the most skillful heros in the world!
Personality
Victor is of an old world mentality and unfortunately also a 1920's mentality as well. He does believe women should have freedoms but treats them not as equals. He believes that they are to be protected and sheltered from the evils of the world. He finds it very hard to believe that heros like Azure and Wasp can be in the front lines..He does what he can to put himself first and any female hero second.
