Windswept Point

A small, largely barren peninsula that immediately abuts Bayside but lies outside Colonial Bay's city limits. The sustained efforts of legislators and conservation groups have preserved the area from the depredations of builders and developers though a well-maintained wooden walkway allows access to joggers, sight-seers, bird-watchers and other visitors.
